It's here! MyXaml has announced the release of version 1.0 of its declarative parser, which allows declarative programming instructions in XML to construct complex object graphs and property initialization for the .NET/ASP.NET and third party classes.
An open-source (GPL) product, the MyXaml 1.0 release includes 16 examples ranging from a web service, mini-browser, XML parsing, database connectivity, vector graphics, games and data binding to basic .NET Forms manipulation.
The release also includes MxLint, a lint-like XML validation utility, MyXamlSerializer, a plug-in component for Visual Studio 2003 that serializes forms to XML.
It also includes several architecture components focusing on Model-View-Controller design, event, message and state management, XML workflow parsing, and declarative container to SQL parameter mapping.
A Compact Framework version is available for download.
